- United Kingdom (UK): All mainland UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- European Union (EU): Major EU countries (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands)—please note that customs duties or VAT may apply (see Section 4 for details).
- International: Select countries (e.g., United States, Canada, Australia, Japan)—check the checkout page for availability based on your shipping address.
2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we carefully inspect each garment to ensure it meets our standards for premium quality and impeccable details. Our processing timeline is as follows:
- In-Stock Items: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Pre-Order Items: For limited-edition or upcoming collection pieces marked “Pre-Order,” the shipping date will be clearly listed on the product page (e.g., “Ships October 30”). We’ll send you an email confirmation once your pre-order ships.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: These items require additional time for craftsmanship (typically 2–4 weeks). We’ll provide a personalized shipping estimate in your order confirmation, and update you if there are any delays.
3. Shipping Options, Timelines & Costs
We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, UPS) to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping options and costs vary by destination—you can view the exact cost for your order at checkout, after entering your shipping address. All orders qualify for free global shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
a. United Kingdom (UK)
- Standard Delivery: Delivers within 2–3 business days. This option is free for all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
- Express Delivery: Delivers the next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT. The cost for Express Delivery is £8.95.
Note: Remote UK locations (e.g., Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands) may add 1–2 business days to delivery timelines.
b. European Union (EU)
- Standard International Delivery: Delivers within 3–5 business days. This option is free for all EU orders, with no minimum spend.
- Express International Delivery: Delivers within 2–3 business days. The cost for Express International Delivery is €19.95.
c. International (Rest of World)
- Standard International Delivery: Delivers within 5–7 business days. This option is free for all international orders (outside the UK and EU), with no minimum spend.
- Express International Delivery: Delivers within 3–4 business days. The cost for Express International Delivery is $29.95.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or regional shipping delays (see Section 4).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- EU & International Orders: Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees—these are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Ohpolny does not collect these fees at checkout, nor do we have control over their amount.
- Customs Documentation: We include all necessary customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoice) with your order to ensure smooth processing. If you’re asked to pay duties/taxes upon delivery, please follow your local customs guidelines to receive your package.
- Returns Due to Unpaid Fees: If a package is returned to us because duties/taxes were not paid, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. We can then process a refund for the item(s) minus these fees, or reship the order (at your expense for additional shipping).
5. Shipping Notifications & Tracking
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).
- Shipment Notification: When your order ships, we’ll send a second email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this link to monitor your package’s status in real time.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., no tracking updates for 3+ business days) or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund if necessary.

To protect your premium Ohpolny garments and reflect our commitment to quality, we package all orders in:
- A sturdy, branded outer box to prevent damage during shipping.
- Individual dust bags for delicate items (e.g., silk blouses, occasionwear dresses) to protect against snags or moisture.
- A handwritten thank-you note—our small way of welcoming you to the Ohpolny community.
We are also committed to sustainability: our packaging is recyclable, and we use minimal plastic to reduce our environmental impact.
7. Special Shipping Requests

- Gift Wrapping: We offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders—just let us know, and we’ll wrap your items in luxury tissue paper with a handwritten gift message (if requested).
- PO Boxes: Most carriers deliver to PO boxes, but please confirm with your local postal service if you’re unsure. Express shipping may not be available to PO boxes in some regions.
